The progress of each Star Scholar is monitored via the Achievement through Integrated Mentoring (AIM) Program. AIM was designed to help the Star Scholar further develop leadership skills and other potential skills such as foreign languages.

Beyond the books: Star Scholars are encouraged to join different organizations to hone their people and leadership skills; Star Scholars strive to be adept in activities and pursuits that go beyond the academic domain.
